POSS DEADLY WEATHER
Tonight/overnight: large hail, strong tornados in ctr TX, e OK, all MO, n IL/IN, w OH, & s MI. Stream MAX VELOCITY on YouTube, listen to local weather, PREPARE.Plan for sheltering in basement or interior room - no outdoor walls, or bathroom. Incl bike helmets, shoes, cushions, blankets, food, water, whistles, day bag, wet wipes/cloths, garbage bags in shelter. Charge all devices.
Turn on your local radio station (preferably NPR, as they are very consistent issuing weather beeps). Turn on local TV channel. Yes, do both. Ensure that your phone will beep you. Ask someone from outside the area to text with you.
Put whistles in pockets/on lanyards.
Prepare for electricity loss.
On your fave social media platform, find your regional NWS and an SPC/tornado/etc account, and follow those 2 or 3 accounts. Hint: find NWS office by googling your town name + nws.

I don't know how much uncooked grain I eat in a sitting. I almost know how much protein I eat in one sitting: 4 oz of cheese. Unsure about beans.
I should measure brown rice before adding it to the pot and then do a fraction equation after I'm finished eating, yes?
