Intermittent showers are expected with isolated thunderstorms through the afternoon, especially south of a Pontiac to Rensselaer line. The main concern with showers/storms will be the threat for heavy to locally torrential downpours which could result in localized flooding especially if rainfall overlaps areas that saw rain this morning. -
