    Poplar Bluff. High water will remain possible for a couple more
    hours.

    HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

    SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.

    IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
    highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
    drainage and low-lying areas.

    Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...

    * Until 715 PM CDT.

    * At 311 PM CDT, Radar indicated 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen
    from near Poplar Bluff into northwestern Butler County. Flash
    flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
