A data centre the size of 11 football pitches, with buildings up to 24 metres tall, has been proposed for the Lammermuir Hills near Longformacus in the Scottish Borders.
The #Lammermuirs are a designated Special Landscape Area, described as one of South #Scotland’s last unspoilt, tranquil, rural landscapes, known for open moorland, dark skies, hill farming and wildlife.
