If I had to give just one life-changing tip, it would be this:
Know yourself.
That’s it.
It sounds simple, but it may be one of the hardest things we’ll ever do.
We spent years trying to understand the world…
But how much time do we spend understanding ourselves?
What truly matters to us?
What are our strengths?
What are our weaknesses?
What kind of life do we actually want—not the one society expects us to live?
When you know yourself, decisions become clearer.
You stop comparing your journey with everyone else’s.
You become less influenced by opinions and more guided by your values.

Got my stress levels down, headache has gone,
I do not know why i awoke in such a stress mess this morning, but it probably has something to do with watching a video about 'over 50's runners.' before I went to bed last night, that put me in such a tizzy this morning.
So, am now purging my youtube feed of any unhelpful, so called 'helpful videos - I just need to do as I've been doing, and enjoy myself, and listen to myself as always. #running #stress #knowyourself

「孤独」时大脑和身体会发生什么？它的“杀伤力”大多数人都不够了解——吸了雾霾以后的我全中。
十分惊悚。前情回顾：
大胆猜测受污染的大脑反应和「孤独」「寂寞」的反应是差不多的。有人在旁边交谈就减轻不少症状，独处时就加重一些。没有污染的时候我特别喜欢独处，一个人干什么都觉得有趣，不需要人陪。经历了10-2月的污染累积，现在只觉得呼吸不过来，需要活人和我讲话。

第一条路：神经系统
的确更怕冷了，也更喜欢吃油腻的东西了。十二月从租房的地方滚回家吸净化器后，冬天不再需要超厚加绒居家服了。明明一月二月才是本地最冷的时候，我却不需要穿很厚了。的确入睡困难，整个冬天从听播客到和陌生人连麦挂睡，有人陪会好些。
的确有炎症反应，我的皮炎在冬春时不时就发作一下，夏天明明消下去了的。
第二条路：免疫系统
的确更容易生病了，长新冠一直持续着，没事就打三四五六七八九个喷嚏。一月份嗅觉受损，三月份还没恢复。（不过因为本#HSP 嗅觉过于敏锐，失去部分嗅觉简直减少了人生80%的困扰，所以并不觉得难过。反正嗅觉迟早会回来的。）我以前是什么体质呢，是生病从不吃药感冒过两天就好的那种让别人羡慕哭的体质。家庭常备感冒药？没人吃，不需要。
第三条路：大脑
的确变得反应迟钝了，记忆力也在衰退。前几天我每天只和1个陌生人聊天，一共也就聊了4、5个人。我不记得自己对谁说了什么，刚刚才说过的东西也不记得。玩数独也是本来3分钟搞定的难度等级，吸了一礼拜雾霾变成需要7、8分钟了，甚至无法通关了。
的确会不断回想起美好的时刻，一边回想还一边觉得自己已经失去了……然后更难受了，还很想哭。吸了净化器以后不想哭了。
孤独感不是我选择的东西，是雾霾污染了我的脑子。吸了雾霾后我的表现和文中一模一样，绝了。空气质量好些的时候我不是这样的。
合理推测有很多人和我其实差不多，只是没发现问题根源在环境而非自身。

感觉已经吸睛标题党吃瓜公众号了。这么多年了亲眼见证它从一个心理知识干货科普论文解读类公众号，变成了现在这个样子。惋惜的同时感到一阵厌恶。
这不是在害人吗？关注心理学公众号的人很多是为了自救，很多都状态本身就不好。遇到标题党，得点进去才能判断内容对自己是否有帮助。这个过程，不就是给大家增加精神内耗的过程吗？我怀疑创始人是不是把整个团队给卖了。
隔壁#简单心理 也有一点点标题党的趋势，但是远没到这么恶劣的程度。她们也出书卖书了，希望可以保持初心吧。
想起自己曾经在豆瓣给简单心理的创始人简里里发过豆邮表达感谢，今天翻出来看了一下，已经是十年前的豆邮了。十年前我看了她的什么文章，早就不记得了。十年前的我还在承受抑郁的痛苦，看到她对抑郁者的关爱觉得她很善良，鼓起勇气发了豆邮。她回复了我，说谢谢我的鼓励。
十年前的我不会想到自己会有今天，会写抑郁自救指南，还会创造各种奇特的小技巧帮助别人。十年前的我都不确定自己会不会活下去，能不能有未来。
现今的简里里还在写很温柔的文章，简单心理也特地在冬天将她写的文章再转载一次，让需要帮助的人可以不用自己挖坟。真好啊。

希望我自己也可以给别人带来一些温暖，像简里里和其他很多人十年前带给我的温暖一样。希望我自己也可以保持初心，不为名利做恶劣的事情。这就是新年对自己下一个十年的希望吧。
有些种子轻飘飘落到土里，没人注意到。时间长了，它们自己会发芽。痛苦的人儿们给自己点时间等一等吧，等等看希望发芽的样子。
