Slop, slime, pink slime (partial gen AI) or human authentic - that's the choice here. I wrote a blogpost about the threat to the knowledge web from slime at least a year ago. Steadily ppl are now catching on to the biggest problem of gen ai content, you will lose the greatest achievement of humankind, the open knowledge interconnected web. I'm working on a paper about developing a *Civic Learning Network* for interacting with the open knowledge web in urban contexts. I outline federated CLNs between cities and connecting to the Fediverse social web interoperably. The paper emphasis is on free citizen access to open knowledge as part of a technosocial contract.
