#kirby4 — Public Fediverse posts

Just updated a local build of a @getkirby V3 site to #kirby4, and it was ever so easy. I’m so darn excited to play with the shiny new features! For fun I’ve built my first panel view, on a whim, and it just... worked. (Also, shoutout to my lovely wife for seeming *genuinely* happy when I gush about Kirby’s ~6mb footprint -- what a peach.)

Love that new feature. You can now define which fields should be shown when creating a new page. Really handy for things like quick bookmarks.

Oh, das muss ich dann wohl jetzt gegen die neuen Section filters austauschen, was? #kirby4

Gibt es eine möglichkeit eine Panel Area zu bauen, ohne .vue-Files und ein Plugin und so? Ich möchte eigentlich einfach nur einen Teil meiner Seiten (den Wiki-Part) gerne in einen eigenen "Tab" Auslagern. Eigentlich wäre es super wenn ich einfach eine `site_wiki.yml` anlegen könnte und irgendwo sagen, dass das eine Area sein soll.

Für das Kirby-Markdown-Feld musste ich 3.0.0-alpha2 installieren. Klappt aber wunderbar! Danke @fabianmichael

Scheint als wäre das Git-Plugin von @thathoff noch nicht Kirby 4-Kompatibel. Dann muss ich das wohl erstmal deaktivieren. #kirby4 #kirby
