Finally relaunched the website for my iOS feed reader app Nextnews using Kirby which really boosted the site's performance compared to the old Wordpress site.

I also used the awesome Mastodon plugin from @medienbaecker to include your Mastodon reactions directly on the site and set up the account @nextnewsapp to post future updates.

Changes my last #wordpress installation to #KirbyCMS. WordPress is such a mess. The site was hacked by SQL injection.
Kirby is great ... No database and the online panel can be switched off, when not needed.

Ich arbeite aktuell(mit ChatGPT Codex zusammen als Assistent) an einem offenen Kirby-Theme, welches als langfristige sowie schlanke und gut verständliche Grundlage für zukünftige eigene Projekte dienen soll. 😁

EDIT: Link entfernt wegen Sicherheit in der frühen Phase.

Viele Ideen entstehen dabei aus eigenen Überlegungen, ergänzt durch Inspirationen aus den Webseiten von @mauricerenck und @kevingimbel. 😊

The #obsidian sync plugin is making good progress! Today I built a #KirbyCMS panel button which allows you to clone and sync pages with obsidian with just one click! I think, I am not far away from publishing those plugins. Kirby 5.5.0 even comes with a frontmatter parser, which might make things even easier!

Neulich habe ich eine spezielle Webapp gelauncht: Die "Standardanweisungen für Rettungs-Sanitäter". Optimiert als PWA mit vollständiger Offline-Version, die sich bei vorhandenem Netz selber aktualisiert und ohne Netz ganz brav den letzten bekannten Stand aus dem Cache anzeigt. Dazu eine JS-Livesuche und eine geobasierte Umkreissuche der nächsten Krankenhäuser.

Der Dokumentenviewer mit den Flussdiagrammen speist sich aus Visio-Dokumenten, die als SVG exportiert werden und beim Rendern on they fly automatisch mit Querverlinkungen zu bekannten CMS-Pages versehen werden. Crazy Stuff.

Inhalte werden mit Kirby gepflegt und bei Bedarf per Knopfdruck komplett statisch rausgerendert für die Live-PWA.
