Grabbed this from #Reddit and found it bizarre that #BlackPanther both holds the highest box office return for any #MCU film of the #InfinitySaga (I’m not sure if #SpidermanNoWayHome is in the #MultiverseSaga or not) as well as the highest audience score in the #MCU on #RottenTomatoes.
I know that it has one of the best villains in the entire #MCU with #Killmonger, and that the film is pretty good, but IDK this is still surprising to me.

@ignbot #WakandaForever is a great #movie. Not a great #superhero or #ComicBook movie, but a great movie, period.
It opens up the #MCU by updating #Namor and that #civilization in a way that ties to #Killmonger, creates a higher level of real human drama and trauma that transcends and challenges the genre, sets up layers of #politics that will ripple through the MCU which accurately reflect history and current events, introduces key new characters, and centers and honors #Black #women.

(And, in the tradition of #BlackPanther's #Killmonger, we have again in #Namor one of the best villains on film. Tenoch Huerta Mejía's acting is awe-inspiring. I never really 'got' Namor in the comics. But, here, in just a single film, they've made a real and complex person - who, again, isn't wrong in his analysis of the problem.)
