3. Software and all content would be copied and used in the most crazy ways!

1. Maybe. But we'll get over that.
2. Most creators are not paid by enforcing copyright or royalty-collecting societies: It's by their fans.
3. Yes. But that's already the case, so it may actually get better.

Copyright was meant to support creators, not to cripple the world.
