I think Finasteride is a pretty cool drug. It makes your body-hair fall out and doesn't afraid of anything.

If I don’t have facial hair next year I swear I’m gonna glue it on. Tired of how easily getting misgendered ruins my mood. I love being trans because of how it informs my thinking and helps me relate—to some extent—to almost anyone. But it greatly complicates a life that’s already challenging. I have two short stories (to-be) published under my legal name, which, at the time that I submitted those stories, was my common name but not my legal name, so perhaps counts as a pseudonym? #justTransThings
I may yet switch over to a pseudonym. My whole name situation is very odd. I pretty consistently use nebulos for my online interactions, but don't actively hide my legal name. I just consider it, say, gauche, to use it in online spaces. That said, my common name that is my legal name is still, somehow not quite my *true* name. I think I've discovered a component of my true name, but not yet its full form....
Er, anyways, maybe I'll use a pseudonym but no ideas what it'll be. Any suggestions? lol

Me picking up prescriptions for myself and my wife: pharmacist calls me by my wife’s name. Mild and amusing gender euphoria.
Calling optometrist to book appointments for myself and my wife: receptionist takes my name, books the appointment, and then tries to use my son’s name for the second appointment. Sigh.

HRT shot day today, get everything drawn up and set up, go to insert the needle into my leg AND IT PRACTICALLY BOUNCES OFF. Skin is like "Not today, girlie!" Much persuasion required to get needle past skin.
Me, to myself: "How the fuck did I roll a natural 1 IRL when STABBING MYSELF?!?!?"
(Obviously I need to moisturize more, I'm also having trouble lately with insulin needles not wanting to insert as well, and that's usually the fix).
