Some of you peeps out there may have read William S. Burroughs' Naked Lunch. It was among the last books to be officially banned by the United States government. Always a good reason to read.

Burroughs is best known for drunkenly shooting his wife in a game of "William Tell". And abusing drugs.

Here's a PBS Documentary from 2011 on the man. It's one hour thirty minutes, so block some time. But it's good.
