Here's the thing with Micheál Martin: he simply cannot take criticism and often loses it when called out on his shit. The left politicians are right to call him out on his actions. I've no strong ideological objection to nuclear, but as far as I know at the moment it doesn't make economic sense when compared with renewables backed up by energy storage (batteries, green hydrogen, pumped hydro etc.) and interconnects.
