I've no strong ideological objection to nuclear, but as far as I know at the moment it doesn't make economic sense when compared with renewables backed up by energy storage (batteries, green hydrogen, pumped hydro etc.) and interconnects. But the absolute legal ban is silly and probably should be removed.
