  1. A key directive when using the #IntegralTheory models is to see behaviors (types) in people, not types of people (a quote from Torbert or Graves, I think), which in itself helps me to relax and realise that the world is not inherently evil but can be improved. By me, even.

This has become a foundation in my work as a transformational coach and my private life as a human being interacting with others including my dear offspring.

  3. Many years ago I was at odds with every person with a different opinion than mine in matters I found important. Since then I can proudly say I've grown as a human and the one thing that has been my guiding star is Ken Wilber's #IntegralTheory giving me explanations and perspectives.

These days I don't know how to live without its models to help me make sense of the world and take really appropriate action (including inaction). And I would like to help others using this as well. (1/2)
