Don't let perfection keep you from action. This is a concept I struggle with in life and work equally. Even now as I compose this message, I want everything to be perfect - infallible. So I overthink it again and again. So much time and energy wasted to avoid conflict or failure. If you struggle with this like I do, I want to share with you a quote that may help.

This is a reminder that we're always learning and growing. The next time we'll be better. And there will always be problems we cannot foresee or forestall. So it's better to push forward and make mistakes than to pause and try to make everything perfect.
