When I moved into my current abode there was a brick built conservatory, with a glass roof which was then incorporated into thr main living space. I love it because, in Winter, it givees me an extra hour of natural light. In summer in can get too bright and I don't like the boring sort of blinds there are for such glass roofs (plus way to pricey) so for some yers I've had what is usually used for shade outside, lightweight sun sails. This year I wanted to do something different and so voila, yesterday arrived a garden parasol. it's up inside and of course it hailed! However, when tth sun managed to sneak through for a couple of minutes I knew the idea worked, plus it felt really holiday (ish). I also have solar lights in the form of hot air balloons so it's fun. I've had ahem 'sophisticated ' spaces before but now I want fun spaces! I will post a couple of images, hail and parasol, in ffollowing posts. Have fun folks, it makes us stonger.
