#InfamousSecondSon is quite an interesting trip into the early days of open-world superhero games. It has everything a modern game has to offer (minus the microtransactions) and faces the same obstacles that exist today, namely giving the open world meaningful, worthwhile content (some games manage this hurdle, others don’t). I’m also considering playing the standalone expansion #InfamousFirstLight as well. — #ShareYourGames #Gaming

I’ve been watching my son play #Spiderman2 on the #PS5 and I’m constantly reminded of #InfamousSecondSon. I’ve played a bit of the Spider-Man series but not deeply. It would seem that another Infamous title would be welcomed in our current gaming environment. It not being a super popular IP based franchise might present problems but it’s not like the series is a total unknown especially for Sony fans. I’m sure Sucker Punch is probably well into a new Ghost title but another Sony studio perhaps?

I’ve played two hours of #InfamousSecondSon, and this game from 2014 leaves a good impression so far. The movement feels excellent, and I like the size of the map (moderately large, not megalomaniacally large). I’m not sure about the characters and story yet. Irony of ironies - my bestie and I had a trip all booked to Canada and then to catch that wacky sleeper train that goes down to Portland or somewhere. We were also gonna do a trip to Seattle cos #Grunge and #InfamousSecondSon .

Our trip was booked for April 2020.
