Hi, i made a new linocut print!
My challenges with this one were to have smooth inked lines reminiscent of silkscreen prints, and to play with short lines & patterns to add detail and life. That asked for much more carving work than usual but i’m quite happy with how it turned out 😌
I printed it in a hurry just before putting my press and tools in a big cardboard box: i’m moving flats this week-end and i’ll finally be settling in the place that i own! Can’t wait for the « moving boxes and heavy furniture » part to be over tbh, we’ve already been at it for two weeks and it’s tiring x) but i’m very excited for everything that’s to come!
