Bad #H5P news for #Moodle users: While the recent update of the plugin to version 1.28.2 fixed a bad bug when upgrading by saving content (https://chaos.social/@otacke/116810800041754824), it also broke the batch upgrade available on the library settings page!
DO NOT BATCH UPGRADE CURRENTLY!
Or patch before with https://github.com/h5p/moodle-mod_hvp/pull/633
Content can break otherwise and would need to be repaired.

Good to know, both the H5P plugin and Moodle's own H5P integration can break H5P content when uploading or editing content that uses outdated library versions. Both do not trigger the upgrade script that a newer content type version may supply (for different reasons though, interestingly).
The batch upgrade of the H5P plugin for Moodle is safe though.Respective reports:

So, I am a community maintainer for #H5P now. Please do _not_ interpret that as "Great, now we can bug that guy to get our pull requests onto a fast track." Neither do I get to decide what request prequalifies nor what pull request (that you hopefully had prequalified before) will get merged into the code base at what point in time.
