the fascist regime is nominating terrible people for extremely powerful positions as a test of loyalty for Republican senators.
It won't happen, but it would be very funny if Majority Leader Thune found a way to reject those nominations by voice vote, which would avoid calling the roll and recording who voted for/against who :-)
