Coincidentally, last night I watched #GaryGulman’s “The Great Depresh” comedy special (2019), in which he describes his lifelong battle with “depresh” and his voluntary hospitalization and ECT — which helped — after 2 years of completely crippling major depression. He manages to convey his experience with humor and warmth. Highly recommended.

Coincidentally, last night I watched #GaryGulman’s “The Great Depresh” comedy special (2019), in which he describes his lifelong battle with “depresh” and his voluntary hospitalization and ECT — which helped — after 2 years of completely crippling major depression. He manages to convey his experience with humor and warmth. Highly recommended.
