For months I enjoy using nbrowser for opening up URLs in different browsers that I have, I prefer watching YouTube videos using FreeTube and really don't like to open those YouTube links inside any of my browsers.
Today I thought it must be possible to add FreeTube to the list of browser that I can choose from whenever I click on an URL to be able to open YouTube URLs in FreeTube. -
Yay 😁, with the latest update of FreeTube the experience of using playlists get way better. 🤩 FreeTube's playlists now works as I wanted to work, that being how it worked before the feature was added to create as many personal playlists as one wishes to, finally the order of the videos saved into a playlist reversed, meaning the more recently added videos are in the beginning of the playlist. 🥰

FreeTubeApp me está funcionando bastante bien.
Así nomás ves tus suscripciones sin el algoritmo malandro y los agujeros de conejo de recomendaciones.
Échenle un ojo si no lo habían probado.

Nothing quite like making reports while you are listening to #lofi on #Freetubeapp

The beta 13.2 solves the problem. Quick solution provided by the maintainers of this fantastic app. Well done, guys.

I've been using FreeTube for a couple of months and until now I didn't know that I can easily download the youtube video if I need to wtach it offline.
Great app if you want to browse YT away from the watchful eye of Evil Corp.

Was so excited by the new #FreeTubeApp that I spent half a day watching YouTube videos yesterday. 🤐
Going back to my command line player and #RSS feeds for now.

I switched from FreeTubeApp to the following combination
ff2mpv + TT-RSS
My feed reader collects the latest video urls from the channels I follow. I can right-click and play each one in mpv using the Firefox extension ff2mpv.
The migration was quite seamless.
FreeTubeApp can export subscriptions to OPML format which can be imported to TT-RSS.
A new category called "YouTube Subscriptions" now holds the imported subscription in the feed reader. -
@aadilayub You can use the #FreeTubeApp for desktop. It has a browser extension, so it can open links clicked in the browser.
With FreeTube and #NewPipe, I didn't feel the need for a browser-based YouTube app. I tried RSS feeds with Tiny Tiny RSS for a while, but I prefer FreeTube now.
