  1. #FitIn2026 – April edition

Unfortunately, April wasn't the best month when it comes to health things... I tried to prepare as much as I could for the coming of Koa 🐾. Which also meant that I could not visit the gym for a while, and that I'd have to adjust my night owl routine to a more normal one, to adjust to Koa's schedule. Going to a new environment would be stressful enough, so I wanted to keep the times he was used to for the first weeks. Which meant that I had to adjust too, and try to get some home exercises in... Although, as I found out, keeping up with Koa was proving to be an exercise by itself... 😉 […]

Let's see where I started and how I ended this month. I struggled with my energy, motivation, and spoons. My brain wanted to do more, get better, get stronger. But, my body was sore, muscles were tight, my hands were struggling, with my right thumb getting close to dislocating many times (which always hurts like hell, and means that I can do less with my right hand).
