My Autistim ass: these feather beads would make a neat fidget thingy.

Also my Autistism ass: Well, time to break out my frame loom and glow yarn to do this

Anyway, this took about some time during breaks, a making then destroying of a prototype, using my 2.0 mm needles as a stabliser, and 42 luminscent acrylic feather beads, but I made this fidget fabric. It's very clicky, flexible, and I made it to mimic bird skin. It also glows in the dark, which pleases my glow in the dark lover soul.

(Also, coincidentally, it's rainbow)

Participated in a focus group today for perceptions about the #Sensory room that debuted during finals week (last week). If you ever have a chance to experience a sensory space/room/event, I’d highly recommend it. I was a bit frazzled going in, but felt calm and much happier almost immediately after entering the space.
