Was on Wikimedia Commons looking for an FBI Domain Seizure banner to use a maintenance page after I read about this Ukrainian who got busted selling stolen identities to North Koreans. Then I come across this flashing gif with the caption:
"A slowed-down version of the effect that caused seizures among the viewers of the Pokémon episode "Dennō Senshi Porygon" (でんのうせんしポリゴン) on the 16 December 1997 in Japan."
Like how wide spread was this event? I need some details
