I walked & jogged 30km(!) today: North from #Oxford along the #towpath, and then via the cycle path to #Woodstock and back again.
Took a bit of a nasty tumble on the way back, but had my first aid kit with me so patched myself up ok.

A good week on my #FatKnacker #WeightLoss journey.
I moved over 10km on each #exercise day except 1, and finished up with four solid hours of very fast walk / slow trot today. I'm losing about 1.5kg each week, and it feels genuinely sustainable.
Onwards!
