I also suggested to another nice person who was poking at the Tic to try five waves for their sine plasma implementation, because that can yield quasiperiodic patterns. Here's the obligatory Shadertoy for what I had in mind.

Been to the #Evoke25! It's been fun! I haven't released anything, but I did take some minutes to draw on the wall projected o from a Tic terminal! Here's a Shadertoy that looks similar:

It's a Mulia, a Mandelbrot / Julia hybrid I came up with together with Chris Thomasson! This particular one draws its Julias from parameters lying right on the edge of the Mandelbrot's main cardioid.

The wall had a more random selection of Julias changing faster to catch some eyes. Thanks to Trifox for coming up with that bit!
