Most email applications refer marking messages for future action as "flagging," because my use of that feature goes up dramatically as my interest in doing anything with my email flags.

Custom Outlook mail rules to the rescue when people decide to play the "reply all" game. Filter by the subject line and send directly to the deleted items folder.

Tip: Replying all to say "Remove me" is not helpful. Outlook will actually warn you that you're about to send an email to over 4000 people.
