@JamesRandolph Took a picture of my first Heathkit, an AM Portable Transistor Radio too. Probably still have the Manual, but I'm not going on an archaeology dig to get it for a photo😬
It used REAL batteries too. Multiple C or D cells, don't remember which for sure, just that they lasted a loooong time👍

Mostly looking neat so far, except for one of the diodes that is at an angle (the leads of the provided diodes are super thick and un-bendy). Sockets, resistors and diodes done. Had the pleasure to build out about 90% of the SkysEdge "Rotary UnSmart Phone" (RUSP) this weekend. Turns out I'm missing a uFL Coax Cable or I'd have finished it. Super fun project!
