In my #research, I combine numerous approaches (e.g., #ecoinformatics, #PhylogeneticComparativeMethods, #genomics) to understand how diverse biological systems (from #molecules to #ecosystems) respond to #ClimateChange.

#introduction I am a quantitative #biologist, striving to understand how changes in #temperature (and other factors) influence biological systems over various timescales. To this end, I employ a diverse set of approaches, such as #phylogenetic comparative methods, #ecoinformatics, #machinelearning, & comparative #genomics.
My research to date has primarily focused on the #physiological and #molecular levels, but I am planning to soon expand to higher levels (species interactions, #ecosystems).
