  1. Neither my client or their sibling knew what a circus was. As their sister was performing in a ballet recital today, I shared a photo from my past.

This photo shows me preshow at a circus (think big top, sawdust, animals etc) our ballet school teamed with.

I was a strongman and my performance saw me lift huge dumbbells with considerable ease 😹

  2. It’s #BookWeek once again and we at DW Tutoring have kicked it off with Lily Wu’s book Peacock Girl!

Happy reading and we hope you have a great weekend.

If you are visiting the petting zoo at the Ekka please make sure you wash and dry your hands!

  3. When my clients complain about the amount of reading they have to do this week.

This is mine, minus two text books I hope to get from the library this weekend.

Not to mention the analysis and reflections I have to write on said readings.

  4. Last week, youngest client who always rags on my comfortable shoes said to me:

“I *think* you are a gentleman, but I’ve never seen you wear a suit.”

So I wore a suit for the lesson this evening.

Not one to mince words, she said I looked”good”.

In case you can’t see, on the whiteboard are the words “Gentleman” and “Cad”.

The student is thankfully pointing at “Gentleman” 😮‍💨
