Surrounding the round red carpet are numerous fist sized sculptures of frogs wrought from polished brass laid in a neat manner...

a 70x80ft made of undulating mudstone bricks. Embedded in each brick are numerous handaxes with strange jagged blades that give the appearance of tongues of flame.

Only those with sufficient strength may pull them from the brick upon which roll 2d6 should 1 be rolled twice, the handle breaks off. Should 6 be rolled twice, the drawn axe is a magical axe of random quality. On all other rolls, a mundane axe is retrieved.

A round room 400ft in diameter carved of gray rock scored with intricate linear patterns. The centre of the room lies a pedestal and a crucible containing the dust of granite usually used to make tablets with.

Pouring at least 1 barrel of mercury mixed with the dust of 5 opals and 5 rubies onto the scored part of the ground causes the mercury to glow giant gray, and takes 5 minutes to cover the whole linear pattern...

Due to the temperature of the area, the mercury being spewed rapidly turns into vapor, spreading a noxious mist of debilitating poison.

Those not attuned to the poison of mercury may suffer severe poison damage upon breathing the vapors...

At the last 30ft squats Sickledemon Aktar a mad, mute and bald dwarf covered in clay, piling up a clay mound. Two crude sickle swords made of raw iron rests around him...

Still working on my randomly generated megadungeon for #dungeon24 . One of the dungeon features that I rolled up is an altar that changes your sex. On the one hand, stuff like this is something that came up in the old school days, but on the other hand, I understand that it can be problematic. My thought is 1) telegraph as much as possible what's going to happen, so it doesn't become a "prank" and 2) make sure that it's reversible, so nobody feels stuck in a sex/gender they don't want. #osr #rpg
