    Was für ein Unfug bei diesem #Duell: Wenn #Merz sich auf 16a GG beruft, hat er das Gesetz nicht zuende gelesen. Abs. 5 sagt aus, dass hier europäische Regelungen getroffen werden können, die vorgehen. Und das ist z.B. mit #DublinIII geschehen.
