  1. Recently, I have been getting familiar with #DocumentAnalysis and have gotten the hang of it in a very basic way. For context, I've been looking into how official policy and strategy documents describe #CrossBorder interactions between #Finland and #Estonia.

    It is interesting how such geographically, culturally and linguistically similar countries still have quite a lot of friction in regional cooperation. Most is caused by a mismatch in governance structures, but also lack of political will.
