  1. Daily cups of caffeinated #coffee or mugs of #tea may lower #dementia risk
Lowest risk was tied to drinking 2-3 cups of caffeinated coffee or one to two cups of tea per day, compared with none. Consuming more didn’t lower risk further. There wasn’t a link between #decaffeinated coffee and dementia. Inflammation may play a role in dementia. Research suggests #caffeine may reduce inflammation and that other compounds may tamp down oxidative stress.

I've traded being cranky in the AM with "sleepy all day". ☕

  4. Wish me luck. I'm about to attempt my first 100 percent #decaffeinated day in years. Perhaps literally decades.

  5. Cooling in #coffee roaster right now is #decaf.

Probably drink more #Decaffeinated than any other coffee. It’s the same high quality beans as our caffeinated coffee but goes through a washing process to remove 99% of the #caffeine - essentially is a sparkling water several times.

Great as an evening drink, especially if avoiding alcohol.

  6. Here's some information you thought you didn't needed regarding #coffee : this is the best #decaf #decaffeinated coffee I have ever tried.

  7. CW: #Coffee advice / Recommendation!

@hacks4pancakes Hi! Kindred #coffeelover here, sensitive to caffeine, not as sensitive as you but still atypically-so. Most impt : crucial to drink only what's called '[Swiss] Water Processed' #decaf. Not a gimmick, but a process-method. If not water-processed it's #decaffeinated using harsh/toxic chemicals, which you'll drink along w/the coffee. Chemicals = big part of awful taste/feel in most decafs. Where are you based? Maybe I can point you to a company.. Xox
