Current 93 & HÖH - Island. Erikoismies David Tibetin sanailua ja islantilaisen HÖH:n, eli Hilmar Örn Hilmarssonin upeita, tunnelmallisia taustoja. Väittäisin jopa yhdeksi parhaista kuulemistani Current 93 -levyistä. Alkuperäisellä CD:llä mukana olleet hupsuttelubiisit tältä uusintajulkaisulta puuttuvat, mutteivät ne muuhun kokonaisuuteen mielestäni alkujaankaan oikein istuneet. Nippelitietona mainittakoon, että levyllä laulaa taustoja mm. eräskin Björk.

Current 93 – Invocations Of Almost. The soundtrack for an exhibition by David Tibet. 9 atmospheric and haunting pieces that are continuous yet varied, with occasional spoken words. Perfect for late night listening. I feel like I haven't truly given this the attention it deserves until now.

#NurseWithWound - An Awkward Pause #5albums99 // the cover art is getting less interesting but this is one of the best #NWW mid-to-late period albums & while subdued & trippy has enough Faustian tangents & odd diversions (+ #DavidTibet ‘s deranged vocals on one track) to make it essential for those wishing #Krautrock had followed more of #Faust ‘s trails than the more rockist / prog angles
