#databaserights 只定义了数据库本身【可以】纳入版权法保护，并没有任何对数据库资料来源与数据库自身合法性关系的判定，因此数据库【可能】作为知识创造受版权法保护不代表未经许可的数据库编篡行为就一定违法，两者没有逻辑关系无法进行任何推导
而PRC的汇编作品保护也仅仅指出了「行使著作权时」作为限定条件，如果这次是RSS数据库指控博客原作者侵犯自己汇编著作权那自然可以套用，但对方并未做出如此指控吧？

《#著作权法》定义了翻译权，字幕组的翻译作品全都未经原作品版权方授权、属于侵犯对方著作权的行为，但字幕组做制作的「字幕」仍然作为字幕组自己的知识创造而享有版权保护，并不因为其翻译行为的非法而丧失自己作品（翻译字幕）的著作权

@egonw Seems a bit overkill: who's going to to crosslink proprietary identifiers other than Wikidata? (They could even be personal data, so it helps to have some indication of notability to override that.)

But maybe someone who's already collecting them (or has and doesn't mind losing #TwitterAPI access) could try #Wikibase (https://socialblade.com ?). Waive the #DatabaseRights on the SPARQL endpoint and see how long it takes until the source of 99 % of the PD data sues. Useful precedent!
