The Institute for Replication (#I4R) is collaborating with the publisher (Nature Human Behaviour) and has now produced a report on the above paper (https://osf.io/mg95t/files/mjs86 ) which is largely positive:
"LFMMG (2023) presents a computationally reproducible and largely robust finding. We re-implemented the full analytical pipeline and conducted thirty-one robustness checks with those results summarized in Table 8. There is much kudos to be given to the original authours* for making the process of replicating their work clear and worthwhile."

I'm not calling them "fake media," but they're absolutely wrong about this… #CNN doesn't know shit about #Taiwan 🇳🇫. The #US' 🇺🇸 so-called "one #China 🇨🇳 policy" does NOT "recognize" that Taiwan belongs to the #PRC. It only *acknowledges* that China holds this position. I thought CNN knew better… 🤦🏽♂️

It is important to be informed of the #Chinese perspective in a world that is being thrashed by a demented #POTUS. Time will tell how close he is to the unfolding events.My personal opinion (yet to be tested, torn down and rebuilt) is that #China is not ready for #Hegemony yet, and certainly cannot get to that #Geopolitical position without a worthy adversary. Given the identifying Chinese virtue that is patience, I would not put it past #Xi to work #POTUS like #Putin has and set the #US on a course to it’s downfall (post #tRump) while helping China to take over the throne. Thus shifting from the #PRC #MultiPolarWorldOrder to a #MonopoleWorldOrder in the future. This would be a long term strategy likely to be taken by the Chinese.
I’d better brush up on my ZhongWen (Chinese), eh…
