Roma, D’Arcy, Mayor Breed and Senator Wiener all spoke with great joy, pride and passion, but also acknowledging the tremendously dark moment that we are in the middle of.

Mayor London Breed officially named D’Arcy Drollinger as the first-in-the-nation official Drag Laureate at a ceremony at the SF LGBT Center. State Senator Scott Wiener and Sister Roma were on hand to honor D’Arcy and to mark the significance of the moment.
