(Irgendwie pervers, Artikel über ConTeXt in LaTeX zu schreiben. Ich muss jedes Mal nachschauen, wie man z.B. Bilder platziert, und will zur ohnehin schon aufgeblähten DTK-Klasse nicht noch zusätzliche Pakete laden…)

I've got an old laptop with a mini 1394 port and an #Alexis Multimix (12?) mixing board. It works fine and I don't really need more right now. Might get a PCI-E to FireWire adaptor card for my old desktop partially just because. There is a small advantage to it over USB.
idk how much more I'll obtain. It's cheap. lol
What's better is #MADI, #DANTE, #ADAT direct to PCI-E. Use Cat6+ if you've really got that many channels.

I'm in a transitional period in my life, moving from #Germany to #Spain, and I wanted to express more deeply what the immigration experience means for me. As well as what home means.
I've structured my post to mirror #Virgil's #Aeneid, taking inspiration also from #UrsulaLeGuin's #TheDispossed and #Dante's #inferno.

Am I just now realizing, two Cantos later, after looking up who the "Queen of everlasting lamentation" refers to (Persephone, duh, who else could it possibly be..), that the Pluto we met earlier is Hades, THE HADES (husband/kidnapper to Persephone).
I can't for the life of me internalize the roman names.

Reading the divine comedy...now what the hell is a fen? What do you mean there are fens, bogs and marshes? I just knew swamps.
It turns out hell, or at least the 4th (5th?) circle of hell, is alkaline, who would've thought.

Got started with The Divine Comedy after only getting halfway through The Aeneid. I wanted to read the Aeneid to better understand The Comedy, but I guess it will work the other way around. It will help as motivation to get back to the Aeneid afterwards to catch any missed references :BlobhajBlanketSlate:
So has it been fated by the reading gods.
