#60JahreStarTrek und #Tele5 stand vor einer Wahl: für den mehrtägigen Marathon musste #StarTrek Material her.
Material das A, nicht schon auf und ab gespielt wurde und B, noch einigermaßen aktuell ist. Also hatte man die Wahl zwischen #Picard #StrangeNewWorlds und #Discovery. "Strange New Worlds" legte man auf das Wochenende, "Picard" bekam den Dienstag, Mittwoch & Donnerstag. Und "Discovery"? Discovery bekam das was es verdient und findet im Zuge der Feierlichkeiten kaum statt. Einen "Star Trek Short Trek" mit Ensign Tilli gabs, & einen mit Saru, sonst nix.

Mit Recht.
Ich feiere die Entscheidung 😄

In the lost Star Trek animated series episode “The Indefinite Vulcan,” Spock is bitten by a Ktarian worrywart. While not fatal, the worrywart's venom causes the victim to become excessively concerned about worst-case outcomes, leading to an inability to make decisions. When Captain Kirk is later bitten by a Ktarian woodbooger, whose venom is fatal, Spock is frozen with indecision about sucking the venom out or asking Doctor McCoy, who is standing *right there* for the antivenom.

The Rules:

The host puts up something like this, with blanks to be filled in, and includes a poll with four letters. The winning letter gets filled in, but only if it actually appears in the puzzle. At least one of the poll options must show up in the puzzle, and this process repeats until someone guesses the answer.
