I've been dealing with what I suspect is an #AI #chatbot in a #customersupport interaction that's been going on for over a month now without any resolution.
Just mindless words. No actual problem-solving, no evidence of "thinking", just going around and around in circles.
It's infuriating, and a great example of how to destroy brand value and #customerloyalty by being penny-wise and pound-foolish.
