Went out for a fairly pleasant if cold mid-afternoon #cycle in #London

Noticed a lot of drivers with automatic transmission & therefore a free hand on their mobiles in the slow-moving traffic. I mean, I only drive autos coz I only drive once or twice per year, but this makes me think the decline of the manual transmission together with the rise of the mobile phone is a bad thing.

Also, I mean, do you need to be so wedded to your phone? Try mindfulness

I really do try to believe that most* drivers aren't careless about the lives of others, but rather clueless. That's why I put together videos from my handlebar camera to show, from a bicyclist's perspective, what their driving looks and feels like.
