Finally had a chance yesterday to try the ube ice cream from #CozyConeMotel 2. It's called #MatersHaulOWeenCone but for some inexplicable reason doesn't include in the description that it's ube ice cream. Really tasty! #RadiatorSprings #Carsland #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure #halloweentime

Generally, I enjoyed it, lots of flavor. The fried tamale was very crispy in parts, a little too much at times. It's pretty spicy overall because there are so many spice elements. Warning that the jalapeno on top retains all its heat - I learned that the hard way when I took a little bite of it.

I'd seen the sign for this a couple weeks ago and got to try it last night - loaded fried tamale (rolled in chicharrone dust, with salsa verde, spicy crema, shredded lettuce, cotija, corn relish and blistered jalapeno) from the #CozyConeMotel popcorn cone. Yes, it's a lot of work for the cast member, who has to put each element on the tamale. #RadiatorSprings #Carsland #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure 1/2
