I still really enjoyed it, but it was actually more spicy than before, from the jalapeno. Both the aguachile and the hot sauce were spicy, which were nice.

I'm often leery of shrimp, but it was nicely chilled with firm texture. Everything was really good.

From what I could tell, the dish is made there, once you order it, so it takes a minute for your order to be ready. A friend had mentioned that the construction at the #CozyConeMotel was done so we went to have a look. Instead of making purchases at each individual cone, there are now two registers where you can order from all the cones and then pick up from the appropriate cone(s). Because the seating in the area is now gone, they've made a separate seating area. Mobile order is still available at the location to avoid purchase lines. #RadiatorSprings #Carsland #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure #Disneyland

Finally had a chance yesterday to try the ube ice cream from #CozyConeMotel 2. It's called #MatersHaulOWeenCone but for some inexplicable reason doesn't include in the description that it's ube ice cream. Really tasty! #RadiatorSprings #Carsland #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure #halloweentime

While we were on #RadiatorSpringsRacers last night, it was definitely having problems. We made it through the whole ride, but when we got to the end is where the problems arose. A couple times, the work lights came on, various things were presumably worked on, then back to normal, a couple cars moved, and then repeat. One car was evacuated, and when we got closer and stopped, we ended up getting evacuated as well, #RadiatorSprings #Carsland #DisneyCaliforniaAdventure 1/2

Generally, I enjoyed it, lots of flavor. The fried tamale was very crispy in parts, a little too much at times. It's pretty spicy overall because there are so many spice elements. Warning that the jalapeno on top retains all its heat - I learned that the hard way when I took a little bite of it.

Here is the rest of my cross-country moving trip.

Day 3, Shreveport, LA to Norman OK, my home town, I spend the night with my brother Rob and my sister-in-law Anne.

Day 4, Norman to Grants, NM. By the time you reach Texas on I-40, you are at 4,000 feet altitude.

Day 5, Grants NM to Barstow CA. The old Route 66. Certain I pass #RadiatorSprings at some point.

Day 6, Labor Day, 9/2/13. Barstow to Vallejo. 3:19 PM. I am home!
