Our company IT center recently switched from a per-campus system to a corporate-wide centralized system. A consequence seems to be that what used to take minutes to hours to fix now takes days to months-and-counting to fix.
I'm considering submitting a ticket about how there I have several month+ outstanding tickets in the system, but I wonder if that would be a little too on the nose.
