  1. A business's Facebook page - clicking the address field opens a map that confidently directs me to the wrong location a dozen blocks away, on the other side of a railyard that bisects the city, in an entirely different part of town.

    Google's local business info (whatever they call it), confidently directing me to a used record / new-and-used comic book / magazine business at a location they indeed used to be at - fourteen-plus years ago when they went out of business. Still confidently listing hours of operation.
