Now that I'm more familiar with my spinal stenosis, sciatica, and my work to keep my hips flexible and moving in all the ways, I've become low-key obsessed with other people's hips.On our walk break, I graded people on how loose and mobile their hips were. There was an older lady (60s) who had fantastic hips movement -- I was so jealous. She got an A+.

“They are angry at the state’s #mismanagement and #corruption, and policies that are causing misery inside the country.

and the law does not really open space to legal protest.That is why we see a pattern of popular outbursts and deadly crackdown.”
The protests come after a year of a record number of #executions in Iran,
with more than 1,500 people put to death in 2025

“Executions are being carried out following grossly unfair trials held behind closed doors,
