Days celebrating mushrooms seem to keep cropping up like... fungus! But we'll take an opportunity to celebrate another silly and fun holiday given that our favorite Japanese kyōgen farce has inspired so many plays about mushrooms in our troupe. Including "The Mushrooms of Arcadia", our first attempt at a full three-act commedia dell'arte pastorale that also parodied Super Mario Bros staged as a thematic dramatic reading last year at Cleveland ConCoction with hopes of a fully realized performance at Pennsic someday!
