I say, now that #tariffs are back in vogue again, perhaps each US state should resurrect impost taxes upon goods and services that originate from other states—you know, just like back in the days of the #ConfederateStatesOfAmerica.

I don't know who created the attached image but, in researching them, I discovered others that were not represented.
As we look more closely at a few specific events, we will keenly recognize some common threads, but I'd like to start with one that is not depicted in the image, but is really the best place to start - the #ConfederateStatesofAmerica and the American #CivilWar!
